·          All utilities, applicable tax and expenses are included in the published rental rates.  

·          Reservations are taken with a 20 % deposit. Payment can be made through cheques, bank transfer or Paypal ( with a 5 % of commission ) depending on the chosen apartment. 

·          Once the deposit is verified, the apartment is taken off the rental market for the period booked.  

·          The deposit is not refundable. 

·          The remaining balance has to be paid in full at your arrival. You will also be asked to pay a security deposit. This will be returned to you at the end of the rental term after it is determined that no damage, loss or injury has been done to the premises or property therein. 

·          No refund will be made in case you decide to shorten your rental time. 

·          Standard time for check in / out is : 

Monday to Friday : 9 AM to 7 PM

Saturdays : 9 AM to 1 PM 

Off hour and Sundays or holidays check- in / out has an extra fee of U$S 35 

Check in / out are not possible from 11 PM to 8 AM. 

·          In order to arrange your time of arrival, you will be asked to provide information on your flight, such as flight number and airline company.On the day of your arrival, once the landing of your flight is confirmed, waiting time in the apartment will be +3 hours . If you encounter any additonal delay after landing, please communicate inmediately using the contact telephone number you have been provided.

·          An Araucana agency staff member or the owner will wait for you in the apartment upon arrival. A temporary contract will then be signed and full inventory checked. You will be provided with a contact telephone number in case of emergency. Please keep in mind that temporary rental services do not equal to hotel concierge services. 

·          Some apartments include cleaning service. Please ask the frequency in each case. Additional cleaning services are available upon request, at the tenant's expense.

·           Property should not be used in any way inconsistent with temporary housing. 

·          Disturbing noise, loud music and offensive behavior are not allowed. 

·          Pets are not allowed. 

·          Neither Araucana nor the owner of the property shall be held liable or in any way responsible for accidents or injuries occurring inside the apartment. 

* The owners strive to mantain the property in good condition and will arrange for appropiate repair or replacement as soon as posible under the prevailing conditions. We do not warranty any refund of any rental amount for (1) break down of appliances/devices/utilities ; (2) power outages; (3) adverse weather or road conditions; (4) construction in the area; or (5) accomodations not suiting the renter's personal taste.
